Shoal Water is our lovely Bed and Breakfast on the waterfront at Sandspit. Relax and enjoy the magical views over the moored boats and tidal flows of Sandspit estuary. From sunrise to sunset the ever changing light gives a continually changing vista, with the surrounding trees home to our New Zealand native birds.

We have designed our home so that the two studios have their own entrance which provides maximum privacy. Each has a white tiled ensuite, fresh cut flowers, and candles to add a touch of romance. With the luxurious comforts of home your stay will be a memorable experience.
